What do we promise?

A thorough and consistent clean each and every time. Our business is all about training our staff in the Maid Brigade system to provide a thorough and consistent clean each and every time. We inspect each and every clean to ensure that your first and last cleans measure up to our standards. We also ask you to rate our cleanings with quality control cards that each cleaning team leaves behind. Finally, if you are not satisfied with our performance, give the office a call and we will deliver the clean we promised.

Trustworthiness: We hire almost exclusively by referral. Our employees have a stake in maintaining the stellar reputation of our franchise and they only refer other maids that can measure up to our rigorous training methods and our quality control standards. We conduct background checks on all of our employees to satisfy ourselves that the cleaning teams we send to your home will respect your home, your privacy and your time. Finally, unlike many independent cleaning services, we are fully insured and bonded by an “A” rated (excellent) insurance company that provides coverage up to $2 million.

Service Beyond the Clean: We can be contacted by our client care team anytime between 8AM and 9PM Monday through Friday and 8AM and 6PM on Saturdays or by contacting the owner anytime by email at cwilles@maidbrigade.com.

Clean When You Want: We will create a housecleaning program to suit your schedule. We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly services, as well as one-time cleanings (such as move-in or move-outs).

The Best Equipment: We use ProTeam backpack vacuum cleaners that are equipped with HEPA filters, and microfiber cloths and dusters to assure that dust is captured and removed from the home.
